When Rachel dabbed on a little perfume she’d been saving from a dear friend, I had to take a deep breath, blink away the tears, and focus on doing my job.
I still remember the first time I met her—we sat around the kitchen table, and she invited me to draw with her. That little girl has grown into an incredibly talented young artist… and recently sold her first piece!
Part of me wishes I had kept one of those drawings we made together that day—just so I could say I have an original Rachel in my collection when she’s world-famous one day. 💛
